You may feel that someone is giving you the old once-over - assessing you from head to toe and kicking your tires as though you were a used car. This may be a boss, an older relative, or someone you have recently met on a romantic level. And this feeling of being judged does not sit well with you, nor should it. You could make a joke of it, by goofing off or integrating humor into the mix. Then again, if you do you may risk being misunderstood, which is something you strongly dislike. Just be yourself, and if the scrutiny becomes too overwhelming, say something as calmly and compassionately as possible.
